How orders work: Once you find the item you need on our website, click to view the product, then tap the Order Now button and fill in your details to make an order. An agent will call you to confirm your order and delivery.

- Order and payment data: items ordered, order value, billing or delivery details, payment method (such as M-Pesa Buy Goods Till or cash), and payment status. We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as M-Pesa PINs.
- Communications: phone calls, messages you send via our contact form or social channels, including order confirmation calls, support enquiries, and delivery instructions.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP for fraud prevention and analytics.

- Process orders placed via Order Now, including calling you to confirm your order and delivery arrangements.
- Fulfil and deliver orders within Kenya, including courier coordination.
- Record and reconcile payments made via M-Pesa Buy Goods Till or cash.

Some of our service providers may process data outside Kenya. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. We deliver orders within Kenya only.
